great access to parks and local landmarks for city explorers

Staying at Makom Pereire in Paris delivered a unique vibe. The area felt safe and full of local charm, with plenty of bakeries and eateries nearby. The room was cozy with nice decor and ample space for my needs. The mattress comfort stood out—it was perfect for a restful sleep. Also appreciated was the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. the self check-in via QR code became a hassle when the code failed on the second attempt. I also noticed limited charging outlets in the room. Lastly, heat control in the room was tricky. opening windows helped but introduced some street noise. While there were definitely kinks, I found the stay enjoyable enough to consider returning.

unique architecture and decor, proximity to residential parks and greenery, affordability compared to other Paris hotels
The lack of air conditioning and poor ventilation in bathrooms left much to be desired!!! Plus, the self check-in process was more stressful than it should be, especially for the less tech-savvy.

Great location with easy access to transit and cozy rooms that feel brand new!

missingWrote a review on Oct 07safe fridgelimited facilities
Location benefits from being close to the Pereire metro station, making it easy to access the larger city without much hassle. Rooms come equipped with a safe and fridge, adding convenience for those on extended stays.
The coworking space offers nothing more than a few tables and lacks essential amenities like a coffee station. A noticeable lack of decent acoustic insulation allows the sound of a passing metro line to be heard, which might bother light sleepers. Some rooms could benefit from an air conditioning unit, as they tend to get warm at night.

The location is fantastic, with a vibrant community of cafes and bakeries just around the corner. Breakfast truly stands out, offering a delightful selection including seasonal salads and high-quality teas. the bathroom lacked adequate space for toiletries, and thin walls made privacy an issue as noise from neighboring rooms was very noticeable. service inconsistencies were present, particularly with one staff member's demeanor in the breakfast area.

Solo traveler aimed for comfort
The room was super cozy, very clean, and had a good shower that made me feel at home. the communication with staff via WhatsApp was instant, like someone was right there! very surprising.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for the value you get.
